At WuKongCustom, some items are custom-made or personalized, while some items may be blank, unprinted apparel. Because different products require different handling, processing times may vary.

 1. Order Processing Time

Custom and personalized orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipment.

Blank, unprinted T-shirts and blank apparel orders, if offered on our website, may ship sooner when stock is available, but handling time may still vary depending on stock level, order volume, and season.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

 2. Rush Orders

Rush production or expedited handling may be available for selected orders only after confirmation by our customer support team.

Availability depends on product type, stock availability, customization complexity, order volume, and the time the order is placed.

 3. Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time depends on the destination, shipping method, and carrier.

In most cases, standard shipping may take approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch. Actual transit times may vary.

 4. Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Please note that custom or personalized orders may require more time than ready-to-ship items.

 5. Shipping Destinations and Availability

We ship to destinations made available at checkout.

Shipping methods, shipping rates, and service availability may vary by destination and order contents.

 6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated on the website.

 7. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability, production status, warehouse handling, or fulfillment arrangements.

 8. Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to factors including but not limited to:

- carrier delays
- customs clearance
- weather conditions
- peak seasons or public holidays
- remote delivery areas
- incomplete or incorrect shipping information
- events outside our reasonable control

WuKongCustom is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.

 9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided, we may not be able to replace, reship, or refund the order. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

 10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other local fees may apply depending on the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

 11. Returned to Sender Packages

If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or unpaid import charges, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.

Any additional shipping or handling cost for reshipment will be the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by our error.

 12. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, WuKongCustom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier first and then contact us if you need order support.

 13. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the case and determine the appropriate solution.
