By accessing our website or purchasing from WuKongCustom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

 2. Products and Orders

WuKongCustom offers custom and personalized apparel and other personalized products shown on our website. We may also offer blank, unprinted T-shirts and other blank apparel items.

You are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before placing an order, including spelling, names, uploaded files, images, design content, size, color, style, model, quantity, and shipping information.

We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

 3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Full payment is required before we begin production or shipment.

We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, promotions, and availability at any time without prior notice.

 4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders involving:

- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
- incorrect pricing or product information
- product unavailability
- incomplete or inaccurate customer information
- content that may violate intellectual property rights, laws, platform rules, or our content standards

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Custom or personalized orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Blank, unprinted apparel orders may only be cancelled before shipment.

 5. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Production times and shipping times may vary depending on the product, customization complexity, order volume, destination, stock availability, and carrier performance.

Any delivery estimate shown on the website or provided by customer service is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, peak seasons, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

 6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacements are subject to our Refund Policy.

Custom and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of damage, defect, incorrect shipment, or confirmed production error.

Blank, unprinted T-shirts and blank apparel, if offered on our website, may be eligible for return under the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

 7. Intellectual Property and Submitted Content

If you upload, submit, or request any text, image, logo, artwork, design, or other content for customization, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and necessary permission to use that content.

You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, obscene, abusive, threatening, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or refuse to produce any order that we believe may violate intellectual property rights, applicable law, third-party rights, or our internal content standards.

You grant us a limited right to use the submitted content only for the purpose of reviewing, producing, fulfilling, and supporting your order.

 8. Product Appearance and Color Variation

We try to display our products and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, print appearance, scale, and placement may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, materials, production methods, and reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Such minor differences do not automatically qualify as defects.

 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WuKongCustom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that order.

 10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
